Beware of buying from this company
Beware of buying from this company! I ordered a planner and a calendar for $64. Both arrived badly damaged. They had shipped the calendar folder in half! The spine of the calendar had fallen off and all the edges of the planner were bent. I took pictures of the items and immediately contacted the company. They offered me a replacement but only for one item. They asked me numerous times for pictures and I kept sending the same pictures. Then they offered me only $13 refund although I paid 64. I asked to return the items for a refund and showed them their policy online, which said that they were accept returns. They told me the shipping for the return would cost me more than the refund. They again reiterated that they would not pay me the full amount, even though both items were damaged. After going back-and-forth with them several times I decided to dispute the charge directly with my credit card company. Very disappointed with this company! They poorly packed these items which resulted in damage and then refused to refund me for what I paid for these items.
