Follow up from the previous review I gave to this hair company. We all work hard and save to be able to buy a nice quality wig/hair. My experience was horrible. When I requested an address to return the wigs they took me around and around. In order for me to get a return address I had to remove the negative review I gave them but I didn’t. Read this text from them. I had to copy and paste because it wouldn’t let me add a photo this is what they said” Could you pls help us to remove the review? Then I can apply to creat a return label to you. You don’t need to pay the return fee. I can refund full order money to you at once after we receive the return hair” than I replied back and said “ No, I will not be removing the review. Paying customers needs to know the truth. I have the return address already it was sent to my email address last night “ So basically if you give them a negative review they don’t care if you are happy or not with their product. Please be carefully when buying products from these companies. I just shared proof on how they operate.
