Unexpected subscription charge after low-cost test I completed what appeared to be a low-cost online test and was later charged for a subscription that I did not knowingly or clearly intend to purchase. The ongoing subscription and its full cost were not sufficiently prominent to me during the original transaction. I also experienced difficulty accessing the website and logging into an account to manage or cancel the subscription. I have reported the transaction to my bank, requested that the merchant be blocked and emailed support with the subject “Refund Request”, demanding immediate cancellation and a full refund. This experience felt like a deceptive subscription trap. Consumers should carefully check all terms and monitor their bank statements before entering card details.
