⭐ 1/5 — EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE I made payment for an iPhone 16 on 23 August 2026, and CompAsia promised that the item would be delivered within 3–7 working days. I waited until the 7th working day. When the phone still had not arrived, I had to follow up myself. Only then was I informed that the item was actually out of stock and still pending stock allocation. Now, it has been ALMOST ONE MONTH, and I am still waiting. The response I keep receiving is: “Your order is currently in the process of sourcing stock and awaiting stock allocation.” They also said they had sent another “reminder” to the relevant team to speed up the process. Almost one month and it is still just a “reminder”? I honestly want to ask CompAsia: How long am I actually expected to wait? One month? Two months? Until when? What is even more concerning is this: IF THE STOCK WAS NOT AVAILABLE, WHY WAS THE ORDER STILL OPEN AND WHY WERE CUSTOMERS STILL ALLOWED TO PLACE ORDERS AND MAKE PAYMENT? Why promise customers 3–7 working days if the stock is not actually available? I understand that stock issues can happen. But what is unacceptable is that the customer has already paid, the promised delivery period has long passed, and there is still NO CONFIRMED DELIVERY DATE. Please do not keep giving customers the same “please wait for stock” response every time they follow up. Customers are not placing orders for fun. I still want the phone, which is why I have been patiently waiting instead of immediately requesting a refund. If CompAsia cannot guarantee stock availability, do not keep accepting orders and payments only to leave customers waiting for weeks with no clear timeline. I strongly urge CompAsia to take immediate action and expedite the delivery of my order. Almost one month of waiting without any confirmed delivery date is simply unacceptable.
