Excellent customer service focused company
I have purchased 3 miners from this company over the last year at separate times. I have received excellent presales support even with very technical questions and getting very detail focused answers. One time a mounting device broke during shipment and after contacting the sales team they quickly shipped a new mounting device via express shipping. During the post sale, when I had questions about fine tuning, the sales team would take my questions direct to the testing team and the answers were back in quick time. The shipping is fast and efficient with provided tracking. I have purchased direct from the sales team and also through 3rd party sales apps with the same result of support direct from the company. If I have questions about new products or other products I see in the market, I ask them if it’s in their current offering or coming soon. So far every time I see a product I want to purchase they have had a product available to sale.
