I recently purchased the MAXITA EC-17 with the brass alphabet set. The 6mm set was not included in my package, so I contacted Zoe. She followed up with the team, arranged for the set to be sent, and even arranged expedited delivery to get it to me as quickly as possible. She also kept me updated throughout the process. Thank you, Zoe, for your professionalism, responsiveness, and excellent customer service. I really appreciate your support!
