Extremely Disappointing Customer Service and Damaged Product My experience with this company has been disheartening to say the least. When my order arrived, the packaging was completely damaged and the product inside was extensively ruined. I reached out to customer service right away to request a proper replacement, expecting them to stand by the condition of their goods. Instead of resolving the issue or replacing the damaged item as requested, I was offered a meager four-dollar resolution, which I promptly declined. Since then, communication has gone completely silent with no further replies or contact from their team. I bought this product expecting it to arrive in acceptable, working order. Failing to deliver that—and then ignoring a customer who received damaged goods—is unacceptable. I highly recommend people stay away from this company and not waste their money, as they clearly do not stand behind their products or their customers.
