Great manufacturer, best user service
Got 3 of their printers - all X-Max 3. In my experience - all of them was Plug and Play devices. There was few technical problems during the usage period (About 3 years for now) and the support level was awesome! They sent me all required details, sometimes few bonus parts as well. 100% recommended! Planning to buy Max 4 printer in the future and wish them a lot of sales and new, better products on the same quality level as they provided before!
