Unintended duplicate charge ($66.99) & refusal to follow refund policy - Order #2026091521282061452
I signed up for the $3.99 weekly plan, but during checkout, a $66.99 Lifetime Plan was mistakenly added as a duplicate under the exact same order number (#2026091521282061452). I immediately contacted support within minutes of the charge without using a single credit (18,500/18,500 credits are 100% untouched). Their official refund policy explicitly states that mistaken duplicate purchases will be refunded. Despite this: 1. Support refused a full refund and only offered an unfair 30%, then 50% partial refund. 2. The verification code needed to cancel the weekly plan is not arriving at my email , making self-cancellation impossible. 3. They refuse to honor their own written terms. I demand an immediate cancellation of the recurring subscription and a full refund of $66.99 USD to my original card. I will update this review once a full refund is processed.
