Quality and support come first
My first machine was the Snapmaker A350, and I was satisfied with it. With each subsequent machine—the Artisan and the U1—the quality kept getting better. The support is top-notch, offering quick responses and solutions to specific problems. Delivery is always on time. I have no reason to give lower ratings than full.
