moody art
After placing order, I did not receive progress update, including an opportunity for me to approve the painting before it was finished, packaged and delivered. The art is noticeably more teal/turquoise than the advertised image AND description suggests. I would have rejected this painting and allowed the artists to make a color improvement before finishing had I been given the opportunity like your policy suggests. Very disappointed in the after purchase process.
