H2C has been broken as much as it has worked
This isn't a complaint against the agent, it's that the H2C has been constantly struggling since I laid down $2700+ for it. I have spent close to 100 hours repairing the thing. IT's currently out of order and has been that way far weeks. You need to figure out a way for getting these things serviced, I don't have tiny hands and ninja assembly skills.
