Great support when things went wrong
I had a technical problem with my WattCycle battery. The customer service team was excellent—they replied to my email almost immediately and walked me through the troubleshooting steps. Even though the battery was ultimately defective, they handled it professionally and sent me a replacement very quickly. I am very satisfied with how they handled the situation.
