My first top up went through seamlessly but the second topup required id and card verification after i did they needed to call my number to verify its over 24 hours and i am still yet to get the call, this has kept two orders stuck on verifying….. I did everything required of me can you guys do your part and let order not be this stressful. You replied that somebody would reach out,the only message i got was still telling me aboutthe call and no call came thru, this is over 48 hours now Order ids below # 47267647 # 47262162 # 47260015
