Missing filaments in my order
I put 10 filaments to the order, however they sent me only 5. I wrote them 5 days ago but I still dont have my filaments. When I asked for something in return as a gesture of their good will, they immediately rejected me. As a top cherry they communicate with me in german even though I write them messages in English. To be honest I expected more professional approach form company as a Bambulab
