Cheap prices, awful customer service
Cheap hotel prices which is good but you pay for it in the shocking customer service, they ask you to write a form of complaint then do absolutely nothing about it. Probably call the hotel once and that’s it, out problem was not resolved and they didn’t help in any way, in fact they were very dismissive.
