I like everything about the company but…
I like everything about the company but the tech support is less than helpful. I have struggled with problems and it is like a different person comes on fresh to each email with their own take on the problem. I have really given up on making smaller lighter parts as it moves them too much. Small chip clips, impossible. filament clips, impossible I have a dehumidifier running constantly in a 48% RH room with the AMS2 heating and still get moisture problems.
