SCAM ALERT: Lifetime Plan User Betrayed. 61 Songs Destroyed by Bug, Zero Compensation.
Do not trust TopMediai. I am a registered "Lifetime Plan (Pro)" user. Recently, their system malfunction deleted exactly 61 of my completed AI cover songs. In their initial email, the support team explicitly admitted it was a "SYSTEM MALFUNCTION" on their end.However, when I requested a fair compensation (credits) to recreate my lost work, they suddenly changed their story, lied that songs expire in 1 month, and flatly refused to offer a single credit. If it was a 1-month policy, why did songs created just 5 days ago disappear too? It was clearly a server migration failure that they are now trying to cover up.They pocketed my money for the Lifetime Plan but destroyed my creative assets and refused any accountability. This is a fraudulent and scammy business practice. Avoid this service at all costs. [Update: Sep 26, 2026] TopMediai replied here on Sep 18 promising a solution via email, but it has been over a week and I have received absolutely NOTHING. Their public reply is a complete lie just to look good on this review platform. They are ignoring me privately while pretending to help publicly. This confirms they are a fraudulent company. I will not change my rating until a real solution is delivered. [Update: Oct 2, 2026] A new month has started, and yet I have STILL received absolutely no email or solution from TopMediai. They publicly claimed on Sep 18 that they would contact me, but it was nothing but a cowardly stall tactic to hide their scam from the public eye. Do not be fooled by their "polite" replies here—they are a completely dishonest company that ignores paying Lifetime users after deleting their assets. Avoid them at all costs!
