MUST READ REVIEW!!!
I would like readers of this review to learn a little more about Oneisall and the great lengths they went to make my experience an exceptional one. I'll begin by explaining I purchased the "Stainless Steel 3.5L Cordless Smart Pet Water Fountain". I purchased the fountain for my "baby girl" Daisy. I wanted a product that would provide her with clean, filtered water and being cordless would save on electricity usage. The product was delivered in a very timely manner and instruction for set-up and use was a breeze. I purchased the fountain in June and have been using it without mechanical/product defects for three months. I did, however, run into a little problem with Daisy and her willingness to "warm up" to the fountain. Daisy is a little Rat Terrier and she just turned 3 years old a couple of days ago. She still has a lot of "puppy" in her and she just didn't seem to be getting over her unsureness of the fountain. I understood that Oneisall has a very reasonable 30 day trial/refund period. With that being said, I reached out to customer support about a possible return and refund (due to the circumstances) anyway with the thought, "The worst possible outcome is they would say no because I was outside of the 30 day refund period". When I reached out to customer support and explained my situation, I received a response within 30 minutes of email submission. I would also like to add I sent the email around 4:00am CST, so to get a response that quickly at that hour was astonishing to me! A wonderful customer support team member by the name of Andrea, responded and apologized that the product just didn't work out for my little Daisy. She went above and beyond customer satisfaction (which seems to be a dead concept in today's world) and offered a few goodwill solutions that blew my mind. #1-She gave me a 30% refund of my purchase price and allowed me to keep the product to possibly continue to work with Daisy. #2-She included a link to assist with "training" Daisy on using the fountain. #3-She gave me a $10 credit on my Oneisall account to use toward a future purchase.
