PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
There are no words to describe the wonderful customer service that has been provided by the team members at ONEISALL. It took one email from me and they continued to reach out to assure that I was provided the utmost level of support. They trusted my troubleshooting and provided additional ideas in what they thought could help with getting the litter box to work. In the end Ms. Olivia felt that there was a clear problem with the litter box itself and provided me with another one. I don't know how to say thank you enough for providing such great customer experience with such comfort. I look forward in shopping from this brand in the future.
