Thank you for your prompt reply. I am unable to submit a new ticket because it requires printer log files to complete the submission. I am unable to access the printer log files because the printer is disassembled. My A1 series 3d printer developed a misaligned x-axis rail. I submitted a request for help to fix it, and I received a step by step detailed instruction on how to completely disassemble and reassemble the printer. This is not helpful and absurdly difficult. Nevertheless, i attempted to follow the guide. After several hours, I am still trying to put the printer back together and I don't even know what was wrong with it in the first place.
