3x Weekly Diamond pass was purchased, only 1 received and instead of reprocessing you have to fill up a refund form that takes 7-15days till refunded. And guess what? It says invalid format of Bank/Swift/Branch Code lol. Why not just reprocess the purchase since you were already paid? Technically the funds is already there you only need to reprocess it tsk!
