Excellent laser engraver and outstanding customer service!
After spending a lot of time researching different laser engravers and comparing various brands, I finally decided to purchase the Carverall A1 Pro, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! What convinced me was the built-in camera and the possibility of upgrading the machine in the future by switching to an IR laser module. Although the engraving area is relatively small, I think it’s an excellent compromise for someone just getting started with laser engraving. Shipping was incredibly fast! I was genuinely surprised to receive my order in less than a week. As a complete beginner, I found the initial setup a little challenging, but thankfully, Rick from customer service was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and always available on WhatsApp to guide me through the process. Thanks to his support, I managed to get everything up and running perfectly! The combination of a great product, fast shipping, and outstanding customer support has definitely convinced me to stick with this brand for my future upgrades
