Bad quality of product and customer service
Bad quality of product with english manual and tries to cheat customer that our product is from ang mio countries like USA, UK, Germany etc, actually their the most products are from 1 asian country. The product i bought and totally can not use. Bad quality of customer service provides unuseful service to the customers. like today 20 Sep 2026, I followed up shopee's instruction and send the return item to their provided location where is Esso Petrol station in Tanglin Road. After arrival, petrol station staff told me the return service with shopee has been stopped. But shopee itself never updated for their customer. Then I chatted with their customer service officer who tells me to check before going to the return station. So I told them If there is no guidance from shopee how I go there? meaning I followed instruction from shopee and shopee made mistake which never updated in itself website.
