Website crashed every step of the way
Website crashed every step of the way to check out and always showed a blank white screen. I tried multiple times to create and account or purchase but I didn't get a verification code to open an account until 2-3 hours later after I gave up. I also got confirmation emails the day after (today) of when I tried to buy my one outfit and it sent me 8 emails or each time I tried to order yesterday. Now I'm being charged multiple times. I will be disputing and will never use this website again. I have never been so frustrated in my life with a website. The website is worse than me trying to buy BTS tickets on Ticketmaster.
