Excellent, fair, and responsive support
I had an excellent experience with Jetpac’s customer support. I purchased an eSIM for a trip but discovered afterward that my phone was carrier-locked, so I couldn’t use it. Randy listened carefully, verified that the package had not been activated, and handled a full refund promptly and professionally. Communication was clear, friendly, and fair throughout, and I received written confirmation right away. I really appreciate Randy and the Jetpac team, and I look forward to using Jetpac on a future trip.
