BEWARE* of Eullair hair, Product did not match listing and return process is difficult
BEWARE* of Eullair hair. Worst hair company I’ve ever purchased from. I ordered a Ginger Brown Curly V-Part human hair wig, but the wig I received did not match the advertised photos in my opinion. The curl pattern, color, texture, density and overall appearance were noticeably different. I contacted Eullair immediately after receiving it and requested a return and refund. I did not wash, comb, style, install, cut or apply products to the wig. Customer service repeatedly told me the wig needed to be combed and styled with hair products to achieve the advertised appearance. When I continued requesting a return, I was instructed to pay international return shipping and customs charges. I was also initially instructed in writing to declare the return package at $10. I declined to declare an inaccurate value. Eullair later told me I could declare the actual value and said the earlier $10 suggestion was intended to reduce my costs. Eullair subsequently alleged that I had combed the ends and changed the wig’s original condition. I dispute that allegation. My photos were taken after removing the wig from the packaging and seeing that it did not match what I expected from the listing. I ultimately disputed the transaction with my credit-card issuer rather than continuing the back-and-forth with the company.
