I love the A1 printer when it works
I love the A1 printer when it works, but my experience with warranty is poor. After only 2 weeks, I had a blob that destroyed everything - hotend, TH board, silicone, fan and even cracked the front housing leg. I provided clear photos but support only approved TH Board + Fan, not the complete Toolhead Assembly I requested. The cracked housing was ignored. I am still waiting for a supervisor to approve a full Toolhead replacement under EU 2-year warranty. I hope Bambu Lab will fix this properly.
