I had one of the four 100 AH LiPO4 batteries fail, and I contacted the company by email. I was not particularly optimistic that any good would come of it, but I was very wrong. Melody responded in about a day, understandable on account of the time difference, and after a few back-and-forths to confirm the details I received an email with a shipping label and instructions on how to return the battery. The local FedEx office was very helpful and accepted the battery. Then in about 10 days or so I got an email that the return was on it's way and sure enough, FedEx arrived with a brand new battery. I was very happy and more than a little surprised at how smoothly it all went, especially since shipping a Lithium anything is completely non-trivial. Well done!
