Print plate is not the one ordered
I ordered a gen2 p2s coolplate super tack from you guys. I was shipped a gen 1 A1 print plate instead. I can not use the p2s plate detection feature now. Instead of fixing the mix up on the print plate, your support has told me that there was no mix up. Yet why I have the option for a p2s specific plate, if I am going to be shipped an A1 print plate.
