I purchased the Snapmaker U1, and the printer is simply amazing. Snapmaker has clearly put a lot of effort not only into the printer’s design, but also into the overall user experience. The user manual is detailed and well thought out, and even the packaging the printer came in feels like a premium-quality product. Their customer support deserves a mention as well — they are very quick to respond and genuinely helpful. The delivery was also very fast. Overall, I have absolutely no doubts or regrets about buying the Snapmaker U1. It has been a fantastic purchase, and I’m very happy with it.
