Lovful Cancelled My Affiliate Account and $94 Commission After Confirming Payment
I’m very disappointed with how Lovful handled my affiliate account and commission. I was working with Lovful as an affiliate through UpPromote, using the affiliate email trusteddealguide.contact.gmail.com. I had approximately $94 in commission that had already been accumulated on my account. I contacted Lovful regarding the payment and received written responses from their team. In their first response, Lovful explained that commissions were generally paid at the end of one month or the beginning of the following month, and that there was no minimum payout threshold. They also told me that commissions could be delayed depending on their centralized payment schedule. When I followed up again on September 24, Lovful replied that commissions needed to be reviewed and paid by their Business Development manager. They said that due to his business trip, some work had accumulated, but “we have urged him again to pay you ASAP.” Based on these communications, I reasonably expected my approved commission to be processed. However, instead of receiving the payment, my affiliate account and the approximately $94 commission were subsequently cancelled, according to what I saw on my account. This is extremely concerning because I had already received written communication from the Lovful team indicating that my payment was being followed up internally. If there was an issue with my affiliate activity or commission eligibility, I believe Lovful should have clearly explained the specific reason before cancelling the account and commission. I’m posting this review because I would like Lovful to provide a transparent explanation and contact me directly to resolve this matter.
