Best Customer Service by Claire - Solid E-Bike - WindOne E2 Off-Road Adventurer

Customer Service Review: The customer service by Claire was outstanding, she helped me answer over 20 questions on email with very helpful, wholesome, and kind replies. Thank you Claire for the best experience! She helped me answer questions about brake light (yes), passengers (she said off-road is not recommended or made for that but it still works fine for me), seat, foot pegs (some work), delivery (it arrived well), taxes (they are already included), minimum height (I forgot what she said but 5ft is fine), etc. The answers are not exactly what Claire said, and are not accurate, but mostly it is what I remember. Bike Review: Solid E-Bike - WindOne E2 Off-Road Adventurer Firstly, WindOne E2 Off-Road Adventurer works very great. It is almost exactly how it is shown in the website. I have really enjoyed this bike through the summer. However, I have faced some obstacles with this E-Bike. The first problem I faced was that the front brake caliper was a little misaligned so it was making a sound when rubbing through the disc. So, I tried to fix that on my own by looking at some videos on the internet, and turns out I had unscrewed a bolt that leaked the brake oil. Which then I had to take to a repair store to do brake bleeding for $50 CAD when I could have just got the calliper alignment for $20 CAD. I don’t know if it was misaligned from my fault or the company. But this was not a big issue and easily fixable. Additionally, the seat cover got a very small tear from the back, like the size of a small seed. It is not getting bigger though. Which I think is probably caused because I use this bike for 2 passengers weighing around 120kg together so the weight does not distribute properly. I think the seat cover could have been slightly stronger. Since I had to get a seat cover to have 2 passengers sit on it. Finally, I think there are some things that this bike could improve. I think it should have a key to open the bike and turn it off so no one could steal it, as that is what I thought the key was for but it was for the battery. Also, I think it should have slightly more precise range since with 2 passengers I get a maximum 35km with only throttle (maybe it is because of 2 passengers). Additionally, I think the seat cover should be slightly stronger. Another point is that it should have a proper place to add passenger foot pegs since the ones I installed had to be tilted in order to place. Lastly, I think the sticker should say 500 watts as said in the Canadian Website but it says 750 watts on my E-Bike. This was one of the reasons I bought this E-Bike since legal limit in Toronto is 500 Watts. But I think the watts being this much over does not affect the legal laws here. In conclusion, I think the E-Bike was a great purchase for its price. It just needs small touch ups. I have got more than 300km on this already and looking forward for more this summer!
