I have had a very positive experience with xTool customer support. The support team responded quickly, communicated clearly, and guided me through the troubleshooting step by step. They carefully reviewed the issue with my RA3 rotary attachment, asked for the right photos and serial number, and gave clear instructions for testing the unit. I especially appreciated that they did not simply give generic advice, but continued investigating the problem until they could narrow it down to the connection cable. Once the fault was identified, they arranged a replacement cable without unnecessary complications. Communication with Azad was friendly, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. I always felt that the issue was being taken seriously and that they genuinely wanted to solve it. Overall, I am very satisfied with the support experience and the way xTool handled the case.
