Very bad shipping experience.
First printer destroyed by shipper, second printer missing components (not sure why) third shipment with missing parts has been held up for days by shipper. This could not have been a more frustrating purchase but I'm powering through this mess because I have hopes that it will preform as well as all of my recommendations said that it would. Hey Bambu, don't use OnTrac. They are impossible to work with. Hopeful, Dan
