I purchased and have bad experiencia
I purchased several of these Tarot Vision Pendants, but unfortunately they do not work as advertised because they do not spin properly. I contacted the company by email to report the issue. They asked me to send videos showing the malfunction, which I did. After I provided the requested evidence, they stopped responding and did not offer any solution, replacement, refund, or further assistance. What disappointed me most was not only receiving several defective items, but also the lack of customer support after I had already provided clear video evidence of the problem. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or the customer service I received.
