Unresolved 181.99 USDT Crypto Deposit - Refusal to Assist
I am extremely disappointed with the negligence and lack of professional support from G2G. Over 4 days ago, I deposited 181.99 USDT for Order 1789935097247E35T. The transaction was permanently confirmed on-chain with over 534,000 block confirmations (TxID: 0xaf753485a44ef31e24f6747b10a1f973149eb40fb2f38ddb6d21c0f9c7a1115b). Binance Support officially confirmed the funds were successfully delivered to the destination address generated by G2G. Because the funds were sent via BSC to an EVM address managed by G2G's payment gateway (Triple-A), the funds are sitting in their custody. Instead of opening a merchant manual asset recovery request with Triple-A, G2G support and accounting (Tickets #5816695, #5820013, #5823883) continuously stalled for over 76 hours, falsely claimed "funds were not received", and closed tickets telling me to contact Binance—even though on-chain crypto transfers cannot be reversed by the sender. Holding customer funds and refusing to initiate standard manual cross-chain retrieval with their payment provider is unacceptable. I demand that G2G Senior Management immediately coordinate with Triple-A to credit my 181.99 USDT to my account or refund it. I have full evidence, blockchain proof, and support logs ready to escalate further.
