We had an issue with my kids’ electric dirt bike, and Claire was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about getting the problem resolved. She sent us the replacement part we needed, and once it arrived, I installed it right away. It was completely plug-and-play, fixed the issue immediately, and the bike is back up and running perfectly. What impressed me most was the level of follow-through.
