Faithful Chemical.. faithful indeed.
I have been doing business with this company for several years, and I sincerely hope to continue working with them for many more. They have an extensive product selection, and the quality of the raw materials I have purchased from them has consistently been excellent—peptides, nootropics, cosmetic ingredients, and many other products. I have always worked directly with Tina, and she has earned my trust over the years. She is reliable, responsive, helpful, and always available when something needs attention. Good customer service is easy when everything goes perfectly; what I appreciate most is how she and her management handle the small issues that occasionally arise. Even when there has been a detail I wasn’t 100% satisfied with, they have taken it seriously and worked professionally to resolve it. I am based in the United States, and throughout all the years I have worked with them, I have never lost a shipment and have never had a genuinely bad experience. Long-term trust with a supplier is something that has to be earned, and they have earned mine. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Tina and the company, and I can confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable long-term supplier.
