Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service.my ordered has been missing and I contacted them. They let me know the missing item has been on the way then few days later got the email to follow up from Andrea to check if I've received the filters which I haven't at the time so she kindly and quickly solved the issue within minutes sent me free of charge replacement with express delivery as the fillter of my cat fountain needed to change. I'm truly appreciated and very impressed with her professional skills and her acknowledgement to follow up to check if the issues has been solved at the first place which I not normally see the customer service like this theses days in many companies out there . Thank you so much Andrea . YOU ARE AMAZING
