Very poor experience
Very poor experience. Our order arrived in the wrong size, even though we ordered the correct size. When we tried to resolve the issue, we were told it would cost £84 to change the size and a further £74 for us to return the incorrect size. Responses were also very slow, making the whole process even more frustrating. Poor customer service and an unnecessarily difficult returns/exchange process. I would not recommend buying from this company. We have since ordered from StockX recieved in 2 days faultless service and perfect fit. Unfortunately still have a pair of trainers in an incorrect size which is not economical viable to send back .
