No refunds/ absolute scam
If any of you are unlucky to receive Miss Elsa Han as your customer assistant don’t even bother trying, you will never get that refund or exchange. You’ll send the pictures and if it’s still good they’ll try to convince you to keep it. U can refuse and ask for a refund but you’ll receive another email about how their products are great. You can keep refusing, type anything you want you aren’t getting ur money back. Most you’ll get is a “$10 voucher” from her manager. Hair even starts to fall out religiously after the second install. DONT BUY.
