It’s a good mower… when it works
It’s a good mower when it works. Problem is, Mammotion keeps releasing broken firmware. This has bricked my Luba Mini 2 AWD and left it completely inoperable during the grass-cutting seasons. Even when you turn off automatics firmware updates, it’ll still sometimes update, or the app will require an update which will then force you to update the firmware. Mammotion also will not let you go back to old firmware when the new firmware has problems. Further, their recent firmware changed how the mower turns around, and it’s tearing up many peoples’ lawns. Mammotion doesn’t care — check out their support Reddits for countless dissatisfied customers. Their support requests logs and data, and they never resolve anything or follow-up. They focus solely on selling the next mower and leave buyers completely hanging the moment the sale is made. Avoid Mammotion.
