The customer service was outstanding. I really appreciated the quick, knowledgeable responses and the effort made to ensure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I specifically worked with Beryl on a warranty claim, and he made the entire process seamless from start to finish. His exemplary customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help exceeded my expectations. He communicated clearly, responded quickly, and made what could have been a frustrating warranty process extremely easy. This experience definitely gave me confidence in LiTime as a company. Great products are important, but having excellent customer service standing behind them makes an even bigger difference.
