Unresolved payment glitch - Order 1786146086751N2GO (Ticket #5754939) I paid 97€ in Bitcoin for Order 1786146086751N2GO directly to the address provided on G2G's checkout page. Due to a payment gateway error, my order is wrongly marked as "Unpaid / Canceled" in my account, even though the Bitcoin transaction was fully confirmed on the blockchain. Support claims the address isn't theirs, which proves a technical glitch on their own system. I have submitted all screenshots (checkout page, order details, blockchain receipt). It has been almost a month without a refund. Please escalate Ticket #5754939 to your finance team immediately.
