I have addressed a multiple issues on the H2C. Right out of the box the equipment was failing print and I cannot get it to work. every single IT ticket that I would submit they were just tell me the bill plate is dirty despite the printhead making contact with prints at at different heights different angles. Despite this I was just informed just to go into developer mode change 20,000 settings, without a clear explanation why I have to change them just to get the printer to work. I showed you video proof and pictures you guys do not want to call this machine defective I am returning this at a loss. Despite one hot ends being damaged me showing videos and proof of it making contact that you guys refuse to consider this machine defectiveI will no longer be a bamboo customer due to your defective equipment and horrible customer service
