Horrible quality and packaging – Absolute waste of S$
I am beyond disappointed with my purchase from JJ's House. My dress arrived this morning crammed into a battered, old box with absolutely zero protection inside. The ties at the back of the dress arrived completely frayed and the dress skirt hem is fraying. The material itself feels incredibly cheap, nowhere near worth the S$ price tag. The hassle of dealing with their return system isn't even worth it, and the dress is going straight into the bin. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs.
