6 weeks and no refund for recalled items
Ocoopa initiated a recall for hazardous hand warmers at risk of catching fire. I submitted my proof of purchase for two hand warmers right away, via their cumbersome and needlessly complicated process. Received confirmation on August 19 that I was due a refund for the two items. It's now been 6 weeks and I still have not received a refund and multiple messages to customer service have gone unanswered. They simply take your money, produce literal fire hazards, then refuse a refund.
