I purchased a 48V 105AH Lithium Battety dor my Yamaha Golf Buggy. Worked brilliantly for first 48 hours then proceeded to trip & would not discharge under normal load/usage. While disappointed in the initial failure, I was very pleased with the prompt service response from Justine. Over several days attempted several troubleshooting steps, however they decided to replace the unit. Currently awaiting arrival of the replacement unit. Excellent after sales service. Thank you Justine.
