Bumpy Start
Processing of 1st order was okay. One week later I decided to order a second set of batteries/inverter and found the batteries had been discontinued. I ordered different battery/ inverter(same) kit and it was split up into five separate shipments spread over a week and a half. Not a great start. Wiring on new batteries is different and the pigtails supplied are worthless. What has saved my opinion of the organization is the customer service, Justine in particular. The questions I have asked she answered very thoroughly and promptly. My confidence in the product has increased substantially because of Justine. I am still in the process of installation therefore I can't review the product itself. So in recap, shipping was so so, discontinuance of product disappointing but Justine in customer service saved the day. I will review again after installation.
